Passionate About Building Others

Darren is a qualified executive coach, and a Neuro Linguistics practitioner, who often chooses a solutions focused approach to build the capability of others. Darren uses this approach in and beyond education to drive personal and professional successes in those he supports. Darren believes that the goal for every leader is the same - leaving the world a better place as a result of our time on it - however he delivers in a manner that values and promotes that every journey is vastly different.

Darren has led significant international missionary work in East Timor, Nauru, The Philippines, Fiji, Tonga and Korea and engages regularly in building leadership capabilities across organisations across Australia, the US and the rest of the globe.

 

Darren believes that the outcome for every business is directly proportional to the quality of the leadership of that organisation - he leads with this mantra and invests heavily in building the capabilities of others to ensure they are at their best. Darren measures his success by how successful those that he supports become both in and outside of their professional realms.
