  • An early career teacher is an educator who is in the initial years of their teaching profession, typically within their first five years, actively developing their skills and establishing their practice.

Purpose

  • The purpose of a professional learning program for early career teachers is to provide targeted support, guidance, and skill development to help them successfully navigate the initial years of their profession, build confidence, and establish effective teaching practices.

What is included

Four sessions available:

  • Module 1 - Designed to be delivered in the first ten weeks of starting their career. Setting them up for success.

  • Module 2: Unlock the art and science of teaching: Pedagogy is your compass to ignite curiosity, deepen understanding, and shape lifelong learners.

  • Module 3: Transform feedback into fuel: Assessment is not just about measuring learning but powerfully guiding every student's journey towards mastery.

  • Module 4: As you step forward, remember that intentional planning is the blueprint for your impactful teaching journey, empowering you to shape not just lessons, but lives. This module launches the platform for the years ahead. Powerful and motivating as they reflect on their journey so far and pause to blue sky into the next era of growth.
