High performing teams

​This program is based on research and bespoke models form across the globe.

This twelve-month program will not only unpack the key elements of a high performing team but will equip each member of that team to contribute to the design, delivery, and outcomes of that team. 

 

The program is designed to be one session per term, with a celebratory session scheduled at the end of the program. Total duration - one year.

  • Strong Leadership: Effective leaders guide the team, providing direction and support while empowering team members.

  • Clear Communication: Open and honest communication is the norm, with team members freely sharing ideas and feedback.

  • Trust and Collaboration: There is a high level of trust among team members, and collaboration is seamless.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: The team values diverse perspectives and includes members with different backgrounds and skills.

  • Accountability: Each member takes responsibility for their tasks and holds themselves and others accountable for their contributions.

  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: The team is committed to ongoing learning and constantly seeks ways to improve.
